Bharat Mills spread over 8.37 acres, was purchased by India Bulls Infraestate in the year 2010 from National Textile Company (NTC) in an auction for Rs 1580 crores. Bharat Mill plot has been amalgamated with the adjunct Poddar Mills plot by India Bulls to construct India Bulls Blu a residential cum office complex.
