Bombaywiki is an online collection of material related to a people's history of Bombay/Mumbai, initiated by Nikolai. It is currently cared for by Nikolai, Bandraplot, Raftarwala, campbot, Mohite and Samudra, who are self-taught historians and digital archivists of the city.
Bombaywiki encourages subjective accounts, oral sources, opinions, stories etc. that Wikipedia forbids. We also encourage use of media such as scanned print materials, audio and video. Individual contributions to this website (which uses similar software as Wikipedia) can be seen by clicking the History button on any page.
