Salt Batty Lands

Salt Batty lands referred to the lands that were reclaimed during the early and mid of 18th century and were given to individuals on a nominal rent for mainly the purpose of agriculture, specifically khara paddy that grows in salty lands. Most of the these were put to agriculture by Kunbis.
